• IMPORTANT NEWS - THE MOTORHOME SHOW AT STRATFORD RACECOURSE - 21-23 JUNE
  Information supplied by Graham Griffiths of Stone Leisure
  There seems to be a bit of confusion regarding the race meeting on the Tuesday of the our show at Stratford Racecourse in June. I had a meeting at the racecourse last week and here is a copy of the report.
  I'm pleased to confirm all the details. Namely that campers won't be asked to leave the site for the racing on Tuesday. They will be given complimentary tickets to the race meeting. Other points to note are.......
  1. The hardstanding area we use on the left as you come in the gate, will be unavailable until Tuesday evening.
  2. Marshals will be able to go across to the centre of the racecourse on Monday to set up their area.
  3. Access across the track won't be available on Tuesday.
  4. Club members will be able to go across to the centre of the course on Wednesday, once the metal trackway has been installed.

• MALCOLM SMITH - 1940-2013 It was with deep sadness that we heard, today (14th April), of the sudden and unexpected death of Malcolm. A dedicated RVER over the years with wife Margaret and their cats and dogs - Malcolm was always full of life and joy and one of the kindest gentlemen we have had the priviledge to know and love. We send our deepest condolences to all the Smith family and especially Margaret.

  For the past 10 months, Simon Leith of Stingray RV has been negotiating with both Mercedes Benz and Winnebago Industries, in order to bring the industry-changing Winnebago Via and View to Europe. On Monday 4^th March 2013, Simon received written confirmation that Mercedes and Winnebago would supply these sought-after motorhomes in European specifications.
